About the data

This page lists the sources used by StockTicker24 and the path each value takes to the screen. Refresh intervals are guides. A field that cannot be obtained is omitted rather than filled with an estimate.

  • Source: Prices are Hyperliquid perpetual-futures reference values, not cash prices or official index values.
  • Retrieval: Price data is requested while the board is open and fetched only through this site's API.
  • Missing values: A field that cannot be obtained is omitted rather than filled with an estimate. — means missing or invalid.
  • 24-hour change: It uses the previous-day reference price of the same contract. It is not the cash market's previous-close change.
  • Close ratio: It compares with an oracle value (preferred) or a perpetual-futures 15-minute candle close associated with the latest cash-market close.

Solid lines, dashed lines and close ratios

On a standard price-discovery card, line style separates hours when the related cash market is open from hours when it is closed. Both line segments remain Hyperliquid perpetual-futures reference values, not cash prices or official index values.

Solid and dashed reference-price segments A solid line during cash-market hours and a dashed line outside cash-market hours, separated by the cash close. Cash-market hours Outside cash-market hours Cash close
The same reference-price series is solid during cash-market hours and dashed outside those hours.

Solid line — the cash market is open

Solid-line key An unbroken line covering the hours when the cash market is open. Cash-market hours
An unbroken line is the solid segment.

A solid segment covers the hours when the related cash market is open. The plotted value is still a perpetual-futures reference value there, not the cash price.

Dashed line — the cash market is closed

Dashed-line key A broken line covering the hours when the cash market is closed. Outside cash-market hours
A broken line is the dashed segment. Its values come from the same source as the solid one.

A dashed segment covers the hours when the related cash market is closed. Perpetual futures keep trading then, so the same reference series continues as a dashed line.

The card badge — market state and close ratio

Badge key A badge at the right end of the card header pairing a state label with the close ratio. After hours +1.77% Right end of the header
How the badge appears at the right end of a card header.

The badge at the top right of a card states the cash market's current state. While that market is closed the badge pairs the state with the close ratio, for example "After hours +1.77%"; while it is open the badge reads "Cash market open" with no percentage. The state labels are Cash market open, After hours, Cash market closed, Weekend, Unlisted and 24-hour trading. Cards for instruments outside this site's list of trading hours show no badge.

Close ratio — based on an oracle value or a perpetual-futures 15-minute close

Close-ratio key The reference basis for the latest cash-market close and the current reference value. The basis is an oracle value or a perpetual-futures 15-minute candle close, not the official cash-market closing price. Basis Now Change between the two
The current reference value compared with an oracle value or a perpetual-futures 15-minute candle close.

The close ratio compares the current reference value with an oracle value or a perpetual-futures 15-minute candle close associated with the latest cash-market close. The formula is (current reference value − basis) ÷ basis × 100. It is not a comparison against the official cash-market closing price. It appears only while that market is closed. The 24-hour change uses the previous-day reference price of the same contract, a different comparison basis.

24-hour changeCurrent reference-price changeThe same Hyperliquid contract's previous-day reference price
Close ratioCurrent reference-price changeOracle value (preferred) / perpetual-futures 15-minute candle close

The 24-hour change compares the current reference value with the previous-day reference price of the same contract. It is not the cash market's previous-close change.

The close ratio appears only while the related cash market is closed. The Hyperliquid oracle value (the reference price the contract issuer publishes for the underlying) associated with the latest cash-market close is preferred. This is the last saved in-session value before the records switch to off-session. If it is unavailable, a perpetual-futures 15-minute candle close associated with the cash-market close is used. When the closing 15-minute candle is fetched separately and the candle ending at the cash close is missing, a candle ending up to one hour earlier is used. If neither basis exists, the ratio is omitted. The previous-day reference price is never substituted. Synthetic currency crosses such as EUR/JPY use the closing reference from their own synthetic series, not the oracle value of one currency leg.

Reference-class cards use a different presentation. Their line remains solid throughout, and they do not show a dashed segment or close ratio.

Solid and dashed lines separate cash-market hours, and the 24-hour change and close ratio use different comparison bases.

Symbol page guide

Reference value and the 24h basis

— means missing or invalid. Zero in price, open interest, or notional volume is a saved provider value. Percentage changes are rounded to two decimal places. A reference value alone is not used to calculate a change when the midpoint is missing. The current value is the mid price. The mid price, previous-day reference price, open interest and 24-hour notional volume are shown as the strings received.

Market observations (volume, open interest, funding)

They are read from the same request as the reference value on the symbol page. The retrieval time changes how much of a cash-market session falls within the rolling 24-hour period.

The comparison basis is nominal open interest: open interest multiplied by the mark price. Hyperliquid does not provide open-interest history through this public response, so no historical comparison is shown. Nominal values use USDC and quantities use contracts.

Turnover is the 24-hour notional volume in USDC. The daily and annual funding fields multiply the hourly provided rate by 24 and by 24 × 365; they are conversions, not accumulated amounts that actually occurred.

Daily observation log and period range

Observation time is the capture time of each daily snapshot, in UTC. These are daily observation values, not intraday highs or lows.

Every displayed number is either the original response string or the result of only the formula printed beside it on the symbol page.

Financial statements and dividends

Structured SEC EDGAR filings are used for available records from 2008 onward. Missing periods, values with unverified units or issuer mappings, and values that cannot be confirmed as quarterly are omitted. A fourth quarter is not derived by subtracting earlier quarters from an annual total.

An indicative yield, when shown, divides checked trailing-twelve-month dividend history by the current Hyperliquid reference price obtained on the same page. It does not use a forecast dividend or a cash-market price denominator.

Values that cannot be checked are omitted, and forecast dividends are not used.
