Operator: StockTicker24 operator (a pen name; the real name and trade name are not published). The operator chooses the listed markets and wording rules. Corrections and feedback go to contact@stockticker24.com; questions about editorial policy or this page go to operator@stockticker24.com. The form on the contact page reaches the same operator. Both addresses are delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing.

StockTicker24 is an independent site with no operating or partnership relationship to Sekai Kabuka (sekai-kabuka.com).

Automated work / operator decisions

The editorial policy sets out what is automated, what AI drafts, and what the operator decides. The correction policy covers errors.

Record of operator decisions

These are the listing rules the operator has decided, with their dates.

  • Choosing markets: the site lists Hyperliquid perpetual futures from the markets for stocks, indices, commodities and foreign exchange (HIP-3), plus selected crypto contracts from the main market. A contract whose underlying asset cannot be confirmed is not listed with a guessed name or category. For example, BitMine (BMNR) was added after its Japanese name was checked against its Nikkei company page (20 September 2026).
  • Japanese names: names on the Japanese-language pages follow the spelling used by the Nikkei newspaper, for example the Japanese name of OpenAI (3 September 2026).
  • Missing data: a figure is not shown when the data needed to calculate it is missing. It is not invented, interpolated or approximated (in the site's operating rules since 19 August 2026).
  • Terminology: these contracts are called perpetual futures throughout the site (in the site's operating rules since 19 August 2026).
  • Referral links: the site does not place promotional or referral links to Hyperliquid (in the site's operating rules since 5 July 2026).
  • A correction: the Anthropic article described the on-screen number as a per-share reference value. That was wrong. It was corrected to the issuer's specification ($1 = $1B of market cap) on 26 August 2026, and the article states the correction.
  • A wording review: the Japanese-language VIX article dropped its level-by-level guide and its wording about market mood. It now covers the calculation inputs, period and unit (27 September 2026).

Purpose

StockTicker24 publishes 24-hour reference prices in English. The Japanese-language locale of the same site is at /ja/. The numbers on the board are mark or mid prices of perpetual futures from Hyperliquid. They are not cash-market stock prices and not official index values from an exchange.

The operator's job is to keep comparison labels matched to the timestamps that were actually used, and to omit a figure when that timestamp is missing.

Editorial rules

  1. If a number cannot be sourced, it is omitted. It does not invent or interpolate missing figures. A saved price may remain visible with its observation time and update status; it is not presented as a fresh quote.
  2. A label that names a clock time refers to that clock time. A close ratio compares the latest value used for the chart with the close-time oracle value, or with the close of the perpetual-futures 15-minute candle at the cash close when the oracle value is unavailable. When the candles are not current, the saved candle's close is used, so its time can differ from the displayed price. If neither reference exists, the number is omitted. On cards drawn from 15-minute candles, it is also omitted while the latest price is unavailable.
  3. Solid and dashed segments on a standard price-discovery card mark cash-market hours versus non-hours. Both segments remain perpetual-futures reference prices.
  4. The pages do not recommend a venue, open an account, or give investment advice. They do not publish an outlook for prices.
  5. Hyperliquid is named as the live price source. The site does not place Hyperliquid referral links.

Every correction sent to the operator is reviewed. A correction confirmed against a primary source is applied to the page. A figure that cannot be confirmed is omitted rather than estimated.

Longer notes on labels, line styles, and after-hours index prints are in the Articles section.
