Validators publish the oracle price approximately every 3 seconds. It is the weighted median of spot mid prices on Binance, OKX, Bybit, Kraken, Kucoin, Gate IO, MEXC and Hyperliquid, with weights 3, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1. The mark price is the median of three values: the oracle price plus a 150-second exponential moving average of the difference between the mid price and the oracle price; the median of best bid, best ask and last trade; and the weighted median of perpetual mid prices on five external exchanges.
